Poster, Buffalo as Twain Knew it
We apologize for limited quantities on many of the items and promise, once the Library reopens, to provide a wider selection of archival prints. Please note, purchases can only be shipped to a home address at this time. We are unable to arrange for purchases to be picked up at a library. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Libraries remain closed and will reopen with guidance from the Governor of the State of New York. Thank you and stay well!
This charming limited edition poster was commissioned by the Library in 2010 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of the publication of Mark Twain’s Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, the original manuscript of which was given to the Library by the author and remains on permanent display. Designed and hand-printed by Hero Design Studio of Buffalo, this silkscreened view of Buffalo as Twain would have known it during his 1869-1871 residence here is a handsome addition to your home of office.
Numbered original poster, sized 18 x 24 inches. Sold rolled without mat & shipped to you in a mailing tube. The Library watermark will not be printed on your print.
